Live calligraphy is the fastest personalization method. How many items I can personalize per hour varies depending on the amount of text and guest interaction, but generally I can complete about 50 items per hour with a name personalization. For greeting cards, I can write about 5 cards per hour.

For live calligraphy, I only need a table and a chair, or a countertop and a bar stool. I usually leave the table design up to the brand and event planner, but I can bring a small tabletop sign with me that explains the activation, if preferred. I can also provide forms for guests to fill in their names and design choice.

Yes! Every live event setup is planned with guest flow in mind. This includes personalization options and recommendations on the number of artists needed based on guest count and event duration.
