WHAT IS LIVE PAINTING?
Live bottle painting adds an artistic, visual layer to brand events and celebrations. It is an on-site experience where items are hand-painted in real time during an event. Guest can choose a custom design, often inspired by the event’s theme, brand colors or the occasion. Bottle painting is visually dynamic while at the same time soft and quiet - guests see brushstrokes develop and artwork take shape in front of them.
Which items can be painted?
A variety of surfaces can be painted, and we help our clients evaluate the items in advance to make sure the the paint lasts beautifully. Whether it’s a fragrance bottle, candle, spirits bottle, beauty product or promotional packaging, we turn it into a one-of-a-kind keepsake with a brush and paint.
For live painting, event pacing plays a significant role due to drying times. Depending on guest count and event duration, multiple artists or limited edition selections may be recommended to maintain flow while ensuring that every guest receives a custom painted keepsake.
Bottle Painting naturally draws attention, allowing guests to observe, photograph and engage at their own pace.

Live painting requires more time than other personalization methods due to drying times. How many items I can paint per hour varies depending on the designs, the event flow and the amount of guest interaction, but generally I can paint and complete 5-10 items per hour.

For my set up, I really only need a table and a chair, or a countertop and a bar stool. I usually leave the table design up to the brand and event planner, but I can bring a small tabletop sign with me that explains the activation, if preferred. I can also provide forms for guests to fill in their names and design choice.

Yes! Every live event setup is planned with guest flow in mind. This includes personalization options and recommendations on the number of artists needed based on guest count and event duration. If your event’s volume requires additional artists, I will curate a team and handle the booking process for you.
